Why Sellermania? In the beginning we were doubful that it would be any useful for us. Why add an extra cost to the Amazon commission? We even had doubts about the relationships the company has with Amazon. Now we are wondering how we ever did without this system.
It has now been one year. We initially wondered about dropping the price of our inventory too drastically. The fact is that part of our prices also go up at the same time. We did a 2 weeks trial and we discovered Sellermania with many advantages. The first one we saw was the support, with a capital S, as in Sellermania. You'd pay on Amazon to have a lesser support. :-))
We discovered how to upload a file: we already knew how to do a file but the great support and mostly Florent's extraordinary availability (a well well deserved thank you FLorent), has enabled us to increase greatly our efficiency. In a few minutes we increased our inventory by another 1000 products at the perfect market price.
First bonus: communication tools. Nothing is more useful than having good communication with buyers in orders to get a great seller profile with good feedback. With Sellermania, we send pre-filled emails to buyers, to confirm orders, confirm shipments, remind them to send us feedback if they have not done so already, confirm a cancelled order (yes it does happen sometimes). Most of it all, we do it for all orders at the same time with two small clicks and right there: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 buyers are immediately informed of the status of their orders. Then I thought: stop, this is a dream, I am going to wake up. Well, no, the dream goes on :) !!
Last developement (for our first anniversary with Sellermania): the SELLERMANIA MULTIPLATFORM. We immediately adopted it. We even got our hands on it asap. Why not sell on Amazon and on PriceMinister at the same time? Sellermania lists your items simultaneously on both websites and handles stock adjustments. Yes, it works... and for about a month, we have increased our sales on PriceMinister by another 25%!
Orders arrive in the same interface as for Amazon orders. We confirm PriceMinister orders directly from Sellermania and gain plenty of time. We can edit a packing slip and shipping labels very easily. We also export our orders in an Excel file so easily (it is disturbing how I used to do it so painfully before).
So, you will ask: how much is it? well don't tell them, IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE. We find that for us the price is well covered by the benefits we receive. Moreover, we feel that we could not face the increased business without Sellermania. Unless we hire one or more extra persons. This is why after one year of use, we have renewed our subscription, and we hope that we will renew again and again and again!! We are curious and eager to see their next developments.
