80% of users say they sell more since they started using Sellermania
April 1 2009 -- Thank you to all our customers who took our survey about their use of Sellermania. Results show that 80% of Sellermania users say they are increasing sales, 94% are gaining time, and 88% say they would be much less efficient without Sellermania (1). We are dedicated to continue improving our product to help sellers increase and improve their business on the European marketplaces.
80% of Sellermania users say they sell more
Amazon repricing, selling on several websites in Germany and in France, are considered "excellent" by 86% of users. Many sellers use Sellermania to increase the number of products they list: "it is simpler, so we list more" say some users.
About 50% of users declare that they make occasional great sales with high prices, thanks to the repricing upward functionality.
94% of Sellermania users say they gain time
Order management with fast packing slip processing, shipping labels, order confirmation, fast repricing are features that sellers mention as big time savers.
88% think that they would be much less efficient without Sellermania
Sellers say that they have stopped doing many manipulations since they started using Sellermania and that they have become more efficient.
94% think Sellermania is easy to use
The vast majority of Sellermania customers indicate that the website is easy to use, with fast startup and no training. 85% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied by the website's ergonomy.
86% of users say that they are satisfied or very satisfied with Sellermania's customer support.
88% of users say that they are overall satisfied or very satisfied with their use of Sellermania.
