How to confirm your orders?

1. Before confirming your orders for the first time, you should define your default carrier in the tab “Settings”:

 
 

2. If you ship certain orders with a tracking number, you should enter the tracking number before confirming the order:

 

3. Confirm your orders:

 

Once you have confirmed your orders in Sellermania, they will be automatically confirmed in your Amazon account.

   
   

If you have an order which contains multiple items, you have the possibility to cancel only one item of the order and to confirm the other item:

 

ATTENTION – If you have an order which contains multiple items and you canceled one item of the order, this cancelation will not automatically refund the item on Amazon. In this case you have to connect to your Amazon account and refund the item directly on Amazon.
Sellermania will send you an information-email with all items you have to refund on Amazon.
